B2B CLAIMS PORTAL

Fill out the form to get started, and we will get in touch

 After submitting your request, a team member will promptly contact you with an invoice. Once paid, we will process your order. If additional information is needed, we will reach out to you. 

 

All invoices are processed securely through Square POS systems, accepting all US credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

If CCC One file share is available please upload your estimate file EMS to the file upload section. When completing your order we will send back the PDF and EMS files so you could upload the file back into your CCC without having to match.

 

For large files, email remaining documents to CrashValuations@gmail.com, including vehicle/claim details so our team could match the attatchments to the claim.

If you have an exising claim that you would like a supplement form please do not fill out and submit the new claim request form. Scroll down and fill out the Existing Claim Request Form.
